Returns for unopened New Phones.

Returns are accepted for phones that have not been opened, within 30 days. A 20 percent restocking fee applies to cover postage both ways.

Returns for unopened Refurb Phones

Refurbished Phone Returns. A 50 percent restocking applies to cover shipping in both directions and returning the device to resale condition.

Returns for Opened New Phones.

Any new phone that has been opened is considered used and cannot be resold as new. The decrease in value due to opening the phone is substantial and shipping and wiping the device takes a toll. Therefore, a restocking fee of 60 percent of the purchase price will be charged for all opened new phones. The device must be returned in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We understand that a 60 percent restocking fee is significant, so we suggest considering alternative options such as selling the phone on a secondary market like eBay.

Mediation and Venue:

In the event of any dispute or claim related to our products or services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in the county of Lee, state of Florida. Any mediation proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation, any legal action shall be brought in the county of Lee, state of Florida. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the county of Lee, state of Florida, for the purpose of any legal action related to our products or services.
