Orders received before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day. However, orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

We offer free Economy shipping, which takes 1-7 business days, on all orders and products to the lower 48 states. Please note that Expedited shipping, which takes 1 and 2 days, cannot be provided for PO BOX addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. If your order falls outside of these specifications and you have paid for Expedited shipping, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the purchased service.

International shipping is not available on this site. Customers are advised not to place orders unless they are physically located in the 48 contiguous states. Freight forwarding is also not an option, and any order shipped to a freight forwarder will be rejected.

Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends and holidays, and actual shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. JackTel is not responsible for any act of God or weather-related delays.

For example, if you place a 2-day order on Friday at noon (before the 1pm cut-off), the order will arrive on Tuesday, with Friday and Monday being the transit days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not carrier business days. To receive the order on Monday, you would need to select a one-day shipping option.

Similarly, if you place a 2nd day order on Monday at 3 pm (after the 2 pm cut-off time), the order will not be shipped until Tuesday, and it will arrive on Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday are the two transit days
