New Phones Warranty: New phones are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect is found during this warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either replace, refund or repair your phone at our expense. If your phone is replaced, it may be substituted for a like model in similar condition. This warranty does not cover neglect issues including, but not limited to, water damage, rough use, screen or housing cracks, battery failure, or physical damage. Additionally, phone cracks, pixelation under 0.25 percent, and batteries are not covered by this warranty. Batteries are considered wear items, and minuscule pixelation is a normal defect in production, while glass cracks are not caused by a product defect. A non-refundable diagnosis fee of $25 is required for all hardware-related warranty returns, which covers return shipping and handling. Please contact us for a return label.

Refurbished Phones Warranty: Refurbished phones are guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Accessory Warranty: Including cases, memory cards, and thumb drives are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, damage, or neglect. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping to our facility. We will repair, exchange, or refund (up to the original purchase price) after confirmation of coverage. Replacements, if utilized, are subject to availability and will be of similar quality but may not be a direct match.

Limitation of Warranty Claims: The maximum amount of any warranty claim is limited to the value of the original sale. Warranty claims cannot exceed more than two instances per 12-month calendar year. Jack Tel LLC reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that does not comply with these limitations or that is the result of misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification of the product. This limitation of warranty claims is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer for any defect in the product. Under no circumstances shall Jack Tel LLC be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business or other economic damages.

Mediation and Venue: In the event of any dispute or claim related to our products or services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in the county of Lee, state of Florida. Any mediation proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation, any legal action shall be brought in the county of Lee, state of Florida. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the county of Lee, state of Florida, for the purpose of any legal action related to our products or services.
